One to One Yoga Classes

Yoga is the perfect antidote to our modern stressful and busy lives. using Yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation to help you stretch, unwind and release mental and physical tension. It helps overcome stress and strengthens and rebalances the body, mind and spirit. Private Yoga instruction allows the student a greater understanding of how their body should move. There are endless rewards to be gained from a regular Yoga practice not least of all bringing some much needed balance to busy lives.

Traditionally, Yoga was taught one to one with a Guru (Teacher) leading the student through the practice at their own pace. In modern group classes, it’s not possible to receive this dedicated attention. Private Yoga sessions are entirely geared around your needs and requirements and the pace of learning is always dictated by you.

  • Lessons can be held over Zoom/Skype/FaceTime so you can remain in the comfort of your own home

Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or whatever suits you.

A course of 6 x 60 minute sessions £450 (saving of £60)

Yoga Teacher Mentoring

Yoga Teacher Mentoring is a unique programme available for qualified Yoga Teachers who are actively teaching yoga. Mentoring provides support, can help you increase confidence, find direction and develop your business as a yoga teacher.
